TrackaPhone agrees partnership with SitexOrbis

TrackaPhone are pleased to announce the formation of a new partnership with SitexOrbis Limited. SitexOrbis is the UK's leading provider of integrated property and security services, trusted by 1000's of public and private sector clients across Europe.
 
This new partnership is a first for the LBS industry and sees two stalwarts of their respective sectors bringing together their core competencies. The ease of this partnership has been made all the more easy by the approach TrackaPhone adopted over nine years ago, in such, that the technology was originally designed to be future proof and easy to integrate into external systems. This has enabled TrackaPhone to partner with SitexOrbis who has the unparalleled capability within its BS5979 category II ARC, which monitors thousands of people and assets across the UK.
 
The combination of both organisations expertise will provide comprehensive national coverage across diverse customer sectors, backed by ongoing product and technology innovation. Both companies pride themselves on their customer service and this will remain a key focus in the future.

So what does this partnership mean for TrackaPhone?
TrackaPhone’s hybrid location feeds and signals, now integrate into the SitexOrbis command and control centre software. This will ultimately benefit TrackaPhone by increasing the number of users utilizing their industry leading technology, which is regarded as the most reliable and robust available in the market. The partnership brings together TrackaPhone’s expertise in location technology, and SitexOrbis as the industry market leaders for integrated protection services for both people and property. Now customers can have one, safe, secure easy to use, mobile based, BS8484 rated escalation system to protect at risk workers. This is imperative in the rapidly expanding Lone Worker protection market, which is being constantly driven by corporate governance.

 
What will this partnership mean for SitexOrbis?
SitexOrbis, will be able to offer their clients a full alert client across multiple mobile devices, including Blackberry, Nokia and Sonim handsets, all this whilst harnessing TrackaPhone’s “Secured by Design” technology. The TrackaPhone platform directly inputs alerts and location information into the SitexOrbis Alarm Receiving Centre software allowing minimal disruption and retraining for their skilled operators.  What’s more, SitexOrbis will be able to tie together TrackaPhone’s agnostic approach to devices, with their wide and diverse expertise with device integration experience, allowing SitexOrbis to offer fully integrated solutions such as, Mobile Resource Management, Employee Protection and Vehicle & Asset Management.
